5/16/2026 | Balance Payments for 2026 Missions Trip to Las Vegas

Total cost of the trip is $1,600. Cost includes airline tickets and transportation, trip insurance, lodging, a trip t-shirt, free day activities and meals. Not included in cost are checked baggage fee ($40 for checked bag), meals while traveling, snacks and souvenirs.

Passports: Because we are traveling through Canada, you will need a passport or passport card. Remember to verify your passports are not expiring within 6 months of our date of travel. If they are, renew them asap. This takes time.

Important Payment Deadline Information: (If payment deadlines are missed, you will be dropped from the team.)

1st deadline: $100 deposit will secure your spot on the trip.

2nd Deadline: Additional $500 due by March 7th.

3rd Deadline: Additional $500 due by April 4th.

*Final names for ticketing, along with DOB's are due to the airlines by April 13th.* Pastor Brandon will reach out in advance to make sure we have all the correct information.

4th and final Deadline: Remaining trip balance of $500 due by May 2nd.
